The project consists of the following concrete works:
- The New Terminal Halls with an area of 45,000 m².
It consists of three halls; arrival hall (two levels), middle hall (four levels) and departure hall (two levels).
- The services buildings.
The works include the buildings, electromechanical works, sewerage treatment plant and the security rooms.

• The concrete roof has been executed by (TROUGHED SLAB) for the area of 20,000 m².
• The concrete walls have been executed with a height of 33 m.
• The pillars, foundations and roofs have been executed for all project items.
• The project floors have been executed within an area of 50,000 m², including especially reinforced concrete floors.
