The Club lies on a total area of 10.5 acres. It consists of:

• Social events building: with a total shaded area of 2000 m² (it contains: restaurants, foyers, celebration hall, library, cinema, entertaining halls, table tennis (ping pong) hall, billiard hall, administrative rooms, kitchen area and ...etc)
• Gymnasium and squash building: with an entrance and a roof having a space truss.
• Two swimming pools: main pool and children’s pool with their facilities (cloak rooms, sauna, toilets, clinic, pump room ……etc).
• Playground area: That contains (football court with track and grandstand, several playgrounds, tennis courts, two cloak-rooms and green areas covered with variety of plants).
• The Project includes all electromechanical works, Infrastructure, and Landscape works.
- Electrical works:
1. Electrical room [2 transformer (2 MW each) -2 ring main unit - MDB - EMDB -ATS -generator - low voltage D.B.]
2. Indoor and outdoor lighting system.
3. Light current networks.
4. Building management system to control & monitor all elect. & mech. activities (HVAC equipments -fire fighting - pumps -irrigation pumps - booster pumps - submersible pumps - transformer -generator - MDB - ….)

- Mechanical works:
1. Water tank and pump room (booster, irrigation, fire fighting, and submersible pumps).
2. HVAC system for social building, indoor sporting hall and all service buildings.
3. Swimming pools mechanical and control works (pumps, valves, filtration system, water tanks and chlorination dosing system).
4. Kitchen equipments (furnaces, laundry, hoods, prefabricated refrigerators… etc).
5. All pipe networks for water supply, sewage, fire fighting and irrigation).
