The building is for educational and training purposes. It consists of five floors (basement, ground floor, and 3 typical floors) with a total shaded area of 9,000 m².
There are two towers linked with a steel bridge with aluminum and poly carbonate cover.

• The Eastern tower is assigned for training activities (laboratory, library, and conference hall)
• The Western tower is assigned for administrative offices.

The building consists of basement, ground, first, second and roof floors with a total shaded area of 3,500 m².
The project includes all Electromechanical, and Infrastructure works:

• Electrical, HVAC, fire alarm & fire fighting systems, elevators, water supply works, and sewage works.
