Nile University Administrative Building (UB2)

Construction of the Nile University Administrative Building on an area of 7,000 m², it consists of basement, ground, first, second, and roof floors with high quality finishing, on a total built area of 31,400 m². It is a building for both administrative and educational purposes.
The Project includes:

• Conference hall with a capacity of 650 people, offices for the university president, vice presidents, secretaries, waiting halls, administrative offices, meeting rooms, post graduate studies department, entrances, bath rooms, stores, parking, and different service's rooms.
• Electromechanical works which includes networks, electrical works, light current works, fire alarm & fire fighting systems, sanitary works, HVAC, and automatic control & observation works [central air conditioning - fire fighting - electricity].
